Garcilaso de la Vega, called El Inca (born in Cuzco, Peru, 1539? and died in Spain, 1616), was a Peruvian historian. Originally composed for piano, 1937; transcribed 1937. This composition is the second movement of the composer's Suite Cuzquena.
